Jarno man your costing me so much money! You keep making me buy stuff for my car lmao! But if you don't mind me asking.... how do you afford it all?!
sorry I'm busting your financials m8, just doing my thing by keeping you all posted
And how do I afford this? The answer is simple, Ebay m8, I'm still in college, and don't make that much money each month, but by keeping an eye on Ebay daily I get to score my some really good deals at prices to laugh at

Sorry, took some time, but got around to snap some pictures this afternoon
First a picture of themost useless thing I've ever done
:

Did he...? Yes, he DID paint his generator mat-black
Now I "only" need to do the block, gearbox and cilinderhead, to make it one nice total picture, details huh baby?!

Also painted my engine mount, some colour black metallic as the interior parts:

But that aint all I sprayed for under the hood in that black metallic colour:

Even did the bolts for the camcover
I just love details
Now everything under the hood is black metallic while the total engine will be mat-black, with some chrome of polished stuff in between

And had a afternoon off from work, so changed al the belts, juices and sparkplugs on the mk2, making it holiday proof for it's trip to France next week

Bought myself a little gift before I go on holiday, just to go to France pleased and waiting to gone and work on the mk4 again (don't think the bird is gonna like that metality when we're on holiday
) But it's a cilinderhead from a ZEE engine, a 1600 Polo (VW Small-BLock) engine, with the advantage of bigger ports and wider diameter inletvalves

As soon as I'm bakc and the gadget is in from Germany it's time to check it and get it refurbed and "flattened", to boost the compressionratio (which means more bhp's
) all in the name of performance

Lol thought as much!
Now your doing pretty much what i intend on doing in the coming weeks this is gonna be even more interesting for me to follow!
Couple of questions firstly.
The cam and the downpipe/exhaust manifold thing. Do they both also fit the 1.6 head aswell as the 1.4 one...
Sod buying new ones to fit ill wait till i get the head first if thats the case! Stainless downpipe should be coming next week. ordering asap. Yeh boy lol. Then hopefully cam in two weeka fter that and then saving for the new head/ waiting for a new head. The local breakers doesnt have just a head at the moment. I Dont want a full block for 250 quid thank you very much!
(thats all they got, useless bastards...) lol.
Oh and you have to get this bad boy on the rollers when your done. Id love to know what kind of power your outputting. Should be atleast 100 shouldnt it?
When you getting the throttle bodies on man
