It is programmable while standing or driving, it was a simple check that remained that way while taking the photo.
I no longer exceed 65 km/h ...

Another part requested from VW PRO Service.

... for the level sensor cables.
the original one.
I will
PRObably have to wait a couple of months to receive it.

I think I have solved the puzzle (not sure) of how to correctly install the wires (according erWin) coming from T14 / 11 of both headlights to T46b / 39 vs T46b / 2 BCM when retrofitting 8IU LED headlights.
Madwarlock or AWD4416 (in case you read this post).
- Please check your Parking lights functions and comment your checks here with your current 8IU LED headlights wiring, and current BCM adapt configuration.
I am not referring to the Side lights function or to the Parking lights function with the ignition switch ON, I am referring to one of the parking lights functions (P''' in the left stalk).
That is, when you remove the ignition key or completely OFF with the START/STOP engine button, and activate the Parking lights
on only one side of the car through the turn indicators stalk (up-right/down-left) when you park on a public road with low lighting.
Note:
- This function of Parking lights is not commonly used anywhere.

I'm not sure because I haven't installed the headlights wiring yet ... I've decided to do little to nothing during the COVIstmas holidays.

8IT vs 8IU. T14/11 Left LED headlight.
The BCM pin for the right LED headlight is the opposite of the one posted for the left LED headlight (39 vs 2).
8IT Tiguan

T46b/39
8IT Arteon

T46b/39
8IU Tiguan

T46b/2
8IU Arteon

T46b/2
Up to this point everything seems very easy to understand ... let's go now with the
Golf mk7.5, including the Variant (for e-Golf or Golf GTE it is similar but they have their peculiarities -TFL, side/parking lights-).
8IT, 8IX, 8IU Golf
... and finally the Golf Sportsvan.

Happy mid-year 2021!

... to everyone without exception, especially to all young children... including those who still confuse the left with the right.

Fernando, I think that guy just messed up with left/right coding...
I have codifyed my BCM with online and correct coding looks like that:

Thanks Slavik, it was what I expected.
But maybe that guy,
who did a great job, got confused because of this:
- Check the same parameters for this Golf (LHD) with only 85 Km, that is,
original factory...
https://forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/19079/

(here it is something more than a mere confusion)
---
edit
In the US market there are the so-called
side-markers lights (those orange lights that we do not have in Europe), with the specs for North American Region the aforementioned parameters for NAR LED headlights are the opposite of the European market, so if ...
... and here I end with this little investigation, I do not want to be guilty of someone not complying with the laws ...

I guess it's easier through coding.

Are the parking lights, DRLs and indicators controlled by the canbus network? Or are the can wires for the AFS?

Yes. The LED headlights are managed by CAN lines and a signal cable for each headlight. The BCM manages the signal cable (we could say that it is like the previously called LINs) of the different lights of the headlight (together with the power signal), and the FCM the system/s of the assistance functions. (FCM = old AFS)
The FCM unit manages the signals on three CAN lines: extended, comfort and headlights.
The ACC needs additional and independent CAN lines to the existing ones when adding the A5 camera, to be able to manage the various/new functions when they are activated.
A festival of functions.

In the video above you can also see the wires from other retrofits I made previously, the wires for the washer jet heater elements of windshield and the wires for the front sensors of PLA 3.0, which also go through the firewall grommet from engine vain to the interior.
