Excellent!!! I recommend it 100% (or more).
Does it automatically switch on the airconditioning? I'm curious to its function

I'm not sure how it functions, but I'm sure when the humidity sensor didn't work, you re going to have lots of unnecessary condensation around the windscreen. I think it's a must have sensor in climatronic system.

No.

From the data delivered by the humidity and temperature sensor in the base of the interior mirror, the Climatronic control unit calculates the dew point temperature of the air – that is, the temperature at which the air humidity would condense. An infrared sensor remotely measures the radiated heat on the windscreen, and calculates the window temperature. To prevent the windows from misting up, Climatronic regulates the volume of air projected on to the windscreen and, with the compressor switched on, also the air humidity inside the car. Relative humidity based on interior temperature can also be kept at a pleasant level.

How does it work?

- It works with the light switch in '0' position, or with the light switch in the 'AUTO' position and with the lights off.
- It turns on when you press the unlock button on the remote to open the car.
- It turns off when you press the lock button on the remote to close the car.

Work perfectly for me  (BCM 7E0937090B)

No.
Try it with this BCM viewtopic.php?f=56&t=69026&p=520775#p520773
However I will have to try it with my previous 7E0937090 BCM (8IT, Executive )

Hello Ciclo,
Is there HBA camera system + AutoDim Rear View Mirror which I can use with my existing RLS and mounting?

Yes and no. It is possible with the Scirocco 1K8 mirror but it's not possible. I had this for a short period with my 1K8 mirror.

The scirocco mirror will work on the extended CAN (instrument cluster CAN) for HBA but for diagnosis and programming it needs to be on powertrain CAN.

Noted iichel! So i have to include everything in the equation

7E0 Mirror HBA + Mounting + Cover Trim + Connector HBA + Black Glue + New RLS (or perhaps RLHS - I dont have climatronic btw) + 7E0 Stalk + IC MFA+[emoji23]
