I'm on V1's, not a bad ride at all.
I'm only down about 50mm but I've already cracked my splitter after pulling into a curb and heard a slight rub when demonstrating to someone how much it's improved the handling around a roundabout (was a slight dip in the road)
lower springs for coilovers

does anyone know if you can get springs that take you down lower on coilovers as the rear is two high and taking out a platform bit wont make it that much lower?? any ideas??

nope, sorry, take out the guide and the rubber but would give you 1/2 an inch

a was going take both bits out an leave the rea resting on the craddle bit? see how a go with that!! and any one speak german av tryed to order these but cant get any where Optik Seitenschwellersatz Polo 9N3 + 9N they are off in tuning web site

im sure you can order custom springs for coilovers direct from FK
ie. a smaller spring with a higher level of compression.
i dont know the pressure at all, but for instance normal coilovers have say 20pound springs. you can order a smaller spring that needs 30pounds to compress to compensate for it being smaller
usually done on track cars which are solid. i can see it being very bumpy though

I have heard that the eibach ones dont go very low on 9N's? Be sure to check this beause your kind of defeating the point somewhat if you cant deck it.

This is mine lowered nearly all the way on Eibach coilovers. Personally I wouldnt want to go any lower than this anyway, so Im happy with it.

I think im probably nearly all the way down on the Eibach's so probably 55-60mm (im on 195/45/16 tyres).
To your next question, no idea. Im not too technical on the suspension stuff
