Right help please,

What can be done?

I used the buy now and baught a new coil for £22.99 and paided £7.99 for next day delivery on wednesday at 12.30, and the item was paid for by 1pm.

I waited yesterday and the part did not come, i then message the seller (partsdome) and asked if the item had been sent to post...
to which no replie!
Its now nearlly 11am and still no poxy coil even after the "next day" delivery charge...

Ive now messaged him again but rather pissed off...

There is no contact no. on his ebay shop!?

You can appeal to ebay when the product arrives and complain to the seller (although with no email reply I wouldn't get your hopes up) and tell them that you paid for the delivery specially and it hasn't arrived. Also leave negative/neutral feedback explaining exactly why. If its a large company, then they wouldn't want to tarnish thier reputation and will probably refund you the delivery cost.

Thats unlucky Josh. I'd advise the same and ask the seller to refund the next day extra charge as it didn't arrive in time. If you still get no reply then appeal to ebay for it.

However, none of that gets your car ready for edition really :?

Don't leave feedback, when you finally get the coil email them your annoyance (politely! ). Then if you don't get a response raise a dispute thru' ebay. Its easy enough to do. Did you use Paypal too?

Unfortunately this is why I sometimes hate ebay, faceless individuals who rip you off & don't have the decency to reply, got a dispute on going at the mo, didn't get what was described, asked for a partial refund & got no reply. Have had to go thru' paypal, & see what happens!

Just hope the coil fix's it for you! At least when you get it you should only take 15 minutes to replace.

Major rip off if you ask me. Sounds something like leaving it in 2nd class post and not giving a damn if its been received! Not much you can do till it gets to you and then you can follow proceedings, you deserve a partial refund for delivery atleast.
