I remember I was hoping for a write off when I had an accident a few years ago, as I had GAP cover at the time, and it was border line. The garage even stuck up for me saying I'd rather it be written off, but the insurance company sent out an independent assessor, who decided it should be repaired .

Unfortunately in these instances, you get punished for having such a high spec car, as if I'd had a pov spec, rather than the GT, it would have been written off no problem

Mmmm well nowt I can do if it gets fixed assesor going tomo or friday then ill know

go kick some more lumps chris out of it so you know they'll write it off!
