well progress has come to a standstill at the mo as i am horribly broke due to moving to manchester. hopefully will start to make some more progress in the next month or so or atleast get some more cash saved for the conversion.

Anyone around in Manchester want to go for a cruise or photoshoot some time drop me a pm!

currently just the standard bench, but i'm torn between leaving them in and getting them reupholstered to match when i get round to finishing the interior (long down the list) or stripping them out and filling the back with a cage

sounds good, but i do have a soft spot for rediculous colour wheels

Looking good, did you take the subframes off your old seats and match them to the TT seats??

nope they are on the original TT subframes with two large steel brackets bolted on that match up to the polo floor

got mine done when i had the front rebuilt, the vw bit comes off from the back piece. u can then spray the back and then glue them back together

a set of halfrauds rattle cans will do the job, u'll need:

plastic primer
colour
laquer

not too much of a difficult job.
