Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
Hey Fernando,
Lol, CNK is right. I have gone abroad for a while and haven't touched the car. I will be coming back in 2 weeks and will be starting the brave project then (wiring for car is done just need to put heated pads into the seats).
For now i have ordered the wiring (000 979 129) x4 (x2 for each side) from China since that will take time. I will order the connector (1J0972712) from vw when I'm back.
By the way Fernando do you you know which connector I need to connect wires to the small fuses? I ordered small power timer but the connector is too small and does not "click" into place. It keeps moving around. This is for heated washer jets.
Thank you.

OMG! you do not need to buy those cables/terminals from china ... in Europe they are cheap if you know where to buy.
As for terminals for mini fuses JPT terminal
More info here: https://www.a4-freunde.com/showwiki.php ... uebersicht depending on the thickness of the wire.

Lol. I only buy cables from Aliexpress because eBay is too expensive. I don't know anyone else who sells it.
As for the small power connector i purchased these:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/131408283609? ... EBIDX%3AIT
Are they the wrong ones?

There are three sizes for Power Timer:
Micro, Junior and Standard.
For the 6R fuse box only Junior (small fuses) and Standard (large fuses).
What do you mean with the small power connector?

I mean the junior (small fuses). Thanks for clearing that up. Would you have the part number of the junior (small) and standard (large fuses) for future use and any one else who might need this info?
Much appreciated!
Thanks

Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
**Update**
The cables have come from China. I also went to VW today to order the part 1J0972712. However it was the wrong part number as it showed a different connector. I have attached an image. There are a few people selling it on ebay with the same part number (1J0972712) but the shipping is ridiculous. Any advice?
Thanks

Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
Hi iicel,
That would be great. I did check on the screen when I was at VW and it was around £4 aswell. If you could get the proper connector and send it to me that would be great. However, I am unsure of how many I need. Possibly two (one for each side?)
Thanks

Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
if i'm correct, that's the connector on the side of the chair, connecting the seat heating harness to the mats?
i'd be happy to order it for you, just send me a message with your address.
