The necessary wiring depends on the model of the LED lamp you install, there is no specific wiring for the 6R, you must manufacture it or modify the one you bought. It is not necessary to code anything.
Thank you for your help. The supplied harnesses come with the required connector at the lamp end. I needed help with the type of terminals required for the connections at the WRM (+ve) and Door Lock Unit
(GND) ends.
I promise you that all the information you are looking for is in the following link.

I assume you/we are talking about LED in doors. Instead of so called ERROR FREE LEDs, can we use the LED Strip SMD 3528 or SMD 5050 in a case? Can all these be used in interior for footwell and dome lights?
Yes, they can be used according to the manufacturer's specifications, ... you must understand that there are many types of LED lights with different specifications.

Driver door

Left and right rear doors

Front passenger door

Pictures (with your permission thealbert)

+Supply from the connector on the unit window. (All is pin 16).

-Ground from the door contact. (see diagrams for exact pin each door).

In this way only turn on the light from the door which is opened.

Hi, i am thinking of doing this mod to my car, a Polo 6c MY2016. I can't find the door's contact wiring for the front doors. For example this is the picture from the passengers' door wiring. There is a contact switch (F3) but there is not a specific wire for that contact. On the other hand, i find this contact at the rear doors (always on wiring schematic)
Could someone help me?

6R vs 6C have the same assignment for the door switches (F).

DD ... T8/3
PD ... T8/5
RDD ... T8/2
RPD ... T8/5

In any case, for 6C you must pay attention to the coupling point T28/19 for all doors.⚡
