You have to send me a photo/image of your PAN Card or Driving license to my email. It's required for package content declaration at the India customs.
Soon I will contact you by private message. Wait please.
seems ciclo, you have known custom procedures too ;)

Thanks a lot Master, I am overwhelmed by your help. :D

Today, I spent most of the time in rechecking the wiring installation of TPMS along with CAN lines(for both TPMS and OPS) thoroughly. It appears, everything is correct and checked the continuity of the lines with multimeter wherever possible, everything seems to be ok.

As you pointed out, the coding for Fatigue detection in Gateway was incorrect. I rectified it, and please verify that its correct Master. Below is VCDS autoscan report:

Hi patil, I regret that you have had to spend most of the day doing these checks and we have not been able to solve it (thanks for doing these checks), but we already know with complete certainty that it is not a fault in the CAN lines wires.

Just out of curiosity, from where have you extracted the power/feed for modules 10 and 65? Is it a +15 or +30 signal?
- For module 65 it must be +30. e.g. viewtopic.php?f=56&t=58703&p=517343#p517336
- For module 10 it must be +15. (usually 16 fuse in the PQ25 6R family, 4K 5Amp, 8K 10Amp) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cfvI43 ... sp=sharing

In your case, the Gateway coding for fatigue detection activation must be 002304

I hope that when you receive my wiring these problems of the CAN lines can be solved, apart from current 4 faults in the BCM.

I send you my email address by PM, please contact me as soon as possible so I can send you the wires, etc, ...as soon as possible. Thank you.

The power supply for OPS module was already present in my stock harness(T1/T16, Black/Green wire). I just changed the module to 8k, added CAN lines from IC T28/T32(CAN high), T29/T32(CAN low) to T6/T16(High) and T15/T16(low). There was a wire(Black/Blue) in T6/T16 in stock harness(function???), which I removed and isolated to add CAN high wire.

Everything was working perfectly untill BCM Max was installed.

The power supply for TPMS, I tapped +30 from SB44 which was unused in my car.

In your case, the Gateway coding for fatigue detection activation must be 002304
I am little confused on this one.

Fatigue detection was activated with Gateway coding 002304 only initially. You pointed out that, some bytes for Fatigue detection are not activated. So I researched a bit, and changed the Gateway coding to 002305 after reading here: https://www.drive2.ru/l/533203766917202038/

And thank you for shipping the package very fast. 8)

(usually 16 fuse in the PQ25 6R family, 4K 5Amp, 8K 10Amp) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cfvI43 ... sp=sharing

edited,

My eyesight gets worse every day.

Your blue/black wire was in T16/6.

Now I remember that there are different Low OPS modules for Russia, India, etc ... from factory.

It is the reverse signal for the 'low' OPS modules (eg, your original 4K, ). The 'high' OPS modules (e.g., your current 8K) receive this signal through the CAN lines.
It is correct to isolate the black/blue T16/6 wire for your upgrade.

Note: there are also 'high' OPS modules 4K (CAN lines).

Sorry. Totally guilty

I have taken the firm decision to uninstall ELSAWIN from my laptop.
From now on I will only use ERWIN.

Why do you think that the publication by Madwarlock in Drive2 is correct and what I published in uk-polos is wrong? ...

By email, in our research process to activate fatigue detection, I was the one who told Madwarlock (Slavik) that the coding in the gateway for Byte2 should be 05 or other HEX values, but later, once I uploaded the data set I discovered that only the HEX 04 value is necessary.

Let's go with the explanations:

- First you post this autoscan viewtopic.php?f=56&t=73189&start=15#p558198 and the image of driver alert. In this autoscan the coding of your gateway is 002300.
- Then I post this viewtopic.php?f=56&t=73189&start=30#p558238 relative to some things that your autoscan does not include.

In the package I sent you, in a small sealed bag, there are three additional wires that you do not need to install due to your current NO-OEM lights configuration, ... headlights, taillights, mirror without RLS holder/support, + Chinese Kit for automatic lights.

These wires are:

1- Blue/black wire (0.5mm2): this wire is for DRLs signal, to be installed from the T17/3 lights switch connector to T73b/29 BCM MAX white connector.
It would be necessary to do the electrical installation from BCM connectors to the new DRLs.

2- Gray/black wire (0.5 mm2): this wire is for rear foglight signal, to be installed from the T17/9 lights switch connector to T73b/43 BCM MAX white connector. Remove original T17/9 to be spliced later.
3- Black wire (1.5 mm2): this wire is for feeding the rear foglight, to be installed from T73a/6 BCM MAX black connector to the original wire T17/9 (splice with the blue Butt terminal).

These three wires only should be installed in case of installing the 'original' automatic lighting system, RLS with auto dimming mirror, Light Switch AUTO, wiring for automatic lights with two relays, ... or original Bixenon/LED headlights.

Please copy and save this info.

Master, don't be sorry and your Eye sight is perfect, as an Eye Specialist I can say that. :D

Actually you are the one who suggested to someone sometime back in your thread to isolate the T16/6 wire from the factory harness to add CAN lines to upgrade the OPS module. I too followed the same then, and as expected it was perfect and correct suggestion. :D

Master, I am really sorry on this one.

My bad, I posted the VCDS auto scan after installing BCM Max and before activating the Fatigue detection. And then I posted picture of activated Fatigue detection. I confused myself on this. :(

Now I corrected the Gateway coding, thanks. :D

Re: INSTALLING DIRECT TPMS IN POLOGT 6R RHD IND

This post is to admit my mistake

During BCM Max upgrade, I had connected the new CAN lines (for BCM Max, CAN extended) to black T3 connector, through which I had(previously) tapped CAN lines for 8k OPS(later TPMS ) and lines for IC, instead of connecting the new CAN lines(CAN extended) directly to IC, T32/28 and T32/29. I over looked the wiring connection at that time. :|

Realizing my mistake, I reconnected the old isolated CAN lines(CAN powertrain) to OPS CAN lines(and TPMS). :D

The result, all error codes in addresses 10,19, 56 and 65 disappeared. Only Central Electrical errors persist.

8K OPS display is working correctly now, and I have disabled the back up camera in address 56 for time being till BCM Max wiring is done.

Master, I am extremely sorry for misleading you(unintentional) with wiring connections and wasting your time unnecessarily. :(

Re: INSTALLING DIRECT TPMS IN POLOGT 6R RHD IND

Excellent patil! 🤟 you rock!

If we did not make mistakes, we would not be so f*****g smart ... LOL! ...we call it 'experience'...

Thanks for the clarifications. Do not worry about my time, learning from the mistakes of others is a super free experience.

You know that everything I written above is to joke.

Notes:
The badly named 'CAN extended' in PQ25 is officially named 'dash panel insert CAN Bus', to make clear that only the instrument cluster is connected these CAN lines, ... although it is possible to connect some type of radio that was sold in China (OEM) and other experiments ... hahaha

The whole mystery of BCM Max adaptation lies precisely in isolating the instrument cluster from 'powertrain CAN Bus'. It's one of the first images in the multiple installation guides that I made during these years.
Once you did it everything goes smoothly. 8)

Your RVC will work once the BCM Max adaptation wires are installed, as we saw earlier it is due to the way in which the new BCM Max supplies power to the reversing light wire.
The 4 faults in BCM will disappear as well. (or so I think,, ... chinese kit, etc)
