You should consider that your LED module is powered by the wiring of the side lights.
Thats right. They are connected to the side lights
seems clear that the failure of the LEDs is related to voltage fluctuation. Checks if after driving more than 20 minutes, the LEDs have the same problem.
I think so, but is there in vcds any setting for the side lights voltage?

Besides VCDS cable there are others cables which can modify the units, but I do not know how they work.
The sidelights on the same side in 6R are connected electrically. Front and rear, therefore ...
If possible, will have to do tests like Crave98, try other harnesses adapters or other oem xenon headlights.

crosspolo2014, I recommend you read this topic of the French forum: (for no bluemotion)

On a separate topic, let me say that there is a small update (nothing major) in the installation guide for automatic lights on VW POLO 6R with halogen headlights without start stop system.

If I have time

, tomorrow or next week I will install the heated wiper ejectors.
I have the parts, and the wiring is made:
The installation is the same as OEM, not like my project for the winter.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2nv91 ... lHLWM/view
After several tests with multimeter (and the fridge

) I have to say that the original automatic operation is perfect.
The resistance varies with only touch the ejector with your fingers.

I'm considering the possibility to produce short series of accessories, I'll start with the interior and test how it Works at level costs. So, a lot of 3D CAD, prototyping and so on involved.

Good project. We expect to see your accessories and prototypes.
Short series implies good quality, I guess.

hello Ciclo,
First of all, thank you for your valuable and helpful assistance. You really are an expert in a polo 6r!
I will go with the information you have given me to work.
* Do you have maybe a link of the capacitors where I can order them?
I have a question about the cornering lights.
In my BCM VCDS I have an option to turn on or off the cornering lights. However, this does not work.
* Am I doing something wrong with encoding, or else my fog lights switched?
* And how would I be able to check this?
* Is there maybe an option to connect it in a different way?
thanks again for your help!

These components can be purchased at any electronics store.
Or searching with google:
4700uF 63V 25
https://www.google.es/search?q=4700uF+6 ... CAYQ_AUoAQ
Your BCM 6R0937087P can control the fog lights for static cornering light (
DRL not), but if you have installed from factory the fuse 54 is not correct for static cornering light.
In this way:
You need electrical installatión in this way (whitout DRL):
More 1.5mm wire from pin 8 light switch to pin T73a/7 BCM.
Take a sharp picture of your fuse box and show us.

Hello ciclo,
sorry about that, i changed the post below.
the capacitor just put it between the connection of the led drl ?
so what I understand from the diagram you gave me.
first of al, o dont have DRL in my fog lights. Only fog lights
fuse 54 gets out of service.
from BCM t73b connector 11 to fuse 54 and then??
the other side of the fuse?
from BCM t73b connector 9 to Left fog light connector 1
from BCM t73b connection 10 to the right fog light connector 1
from left Fog light connector 2 to the light switch 6
from right fog light connector 2 tot the light switch 11
is this al right ciclo?

You have to place the capacitor as in the diagram
Gilou24. Better ask in the French forum.
In the following link the installation that must follow to have static cornering lights in the fog lights.
-
Green stars: cables you need.
-
Blue circles: points of connection.
Note: Your current installation (first scheme above) by fuse 54 is useless.
----------------edit-------------------------------------
If you want static cornering lights in xenon headlights is the same installation
but do not need the input signal wire from pin8 of the light switch to pin T73a/7 BCM. The final connection would be in the pin14 of xenon instead pin1 of fog light.
This way, your current installation of fog lights through fuse 54 would be right.

Sorry for asking this, Ciclo...maybe you explained previously: Are easy to be replaced the yellowish bulbs inside the headlight for the 'cornering' function? Any recommendation for bulbs?

Hi crosspolo2014!
Ive asked my mechanic about your problem.
He sad you dont replace the BCM electronics and/or wrong VCDS codeing.
He sad you can change the voltage via VCDS.
