Ordered one of these the start of December for delivery in March, added pretty much every extra and I am having the interior ripped out and set on fire before I take delivery!! Why can't you get alcantara as an option because you have Bi Xenons?? Ridiculous!!!!
Transcal will take care of the interior, having it match the wife's S line Q5!! Grey stitching and GT embossed into the back rest!!
Cant wait to get it!!!

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to upgrade a standard BlueGT steering wheel to multi function, and the likely cost?
Also can a RNS315 be upgraded to do the bluetooth phone in place of the Bury thingy, again likely cost implication would be helpful.

Does anyone seat move forward when you use the lever to let someone out of the back, mine just seem to move the backrest and not the seat itself

No. There is not easy entry in the BlueGT.

was filling up the Blue GT tonight at Sainsburys in Oxford and another Blue one pulls up behind me to do the same, not sure if owner is on here but also appeared to do the double take

I don't know how to direct you there "automatically", but there's something about that on page 29 of this thread. Do re-post if you go ahead and do it.

I have both the MFSW and Bluetooth in my BlueGT. So it's no problem to upgrade.

The cost I can't help you with.

I have Easy Entry in my BlueGT, here it was standard for 2 door version. It's operation isn't very easy and natural, and mostly the seat doesn't move at all unless intentionally pushed forwards. I usually keep the passenger seat in rear position. When someone goes to the back seat and passenger seat is slid forwards with easy entry, it won't lock up until it slides back into the position it was before tilting it, crushing the legs in the back seat.

Hi folks, I'm about to buy a new blue GT but just having second thoughts given the price. Is everyone still happy with there cars? I would like some reassurance that I'm doing the right thing. Currently drive Mk 5 Golf GTi with DSG, now looking for smaller more economical car. Your thoughts would be appreciated..

I'm very happy, even though I'm getting nowhere near the advertised MPG (currently getting 45 with 80% motorway mileage) but to be honest the car is such a little bundle of fun that it's easy to forgive VWs marketing department for that little faux-pas

I really love mine.

I have had it for 5½ month now and done 13.500 km (8.400 miles) in it so far... Really really great car.

I really love mine.
I have had it for 5½ month now and done 13.500 km (8.400 miles) in it so far... Really really great car.

And I love mine too. Nearly 6 months and 11.000 km. I go nowhere near the advertised MPG either, but I just don't care. It is too much of a pleasure to drive
