Oh and what sort of paint did you use on the engine cover?

I'm gunna do mine soon but don't want it melting on me

i just used normal halfords spray paint...put loads of layers on after i primered it then loads of layers of clear laquer....it seems fine at the moment, its got pretty hot under there and it seems fine lol....time will tell.

yes mate i bought it back in november time its in the phrim at the mo have in all the internals done

will be soon prob over the winter time as takin it off the road for the winter as i have two cars and gonna get the polo painted and a few other bits done !!
