Cheers Tim

Update:

I had no idea the box blowing up was going to be so expensive!
After a week looking for a new box with no luck and getting quoted a crazy amount for a re-con I have opted for a new one.

Looks like mods will be put on hold for a bit then..

Gave the car a really good clean / seal. Z-2 with ZFX topped with Z-8 left me with this..

I then tried to get "arty" and just about hauled my front bumper off

On another note, my car has started "squealing" in reverse and my exhaust has started blowing. Oh my brand new gearbox from VW has starting whining.

Whining already? is it still under warranty mate?

Car looks sweet btw, whats next on the list then?

How are you finding the AP coilovers for comfort & handling?

The box was fitted by my own mechanics but checked by VW so that it comes with over a years warranty.
I might take it back soon. See whats up.

Nothing on the list until I get some money again. The car is complete is terms of stage 1. Taking it further will be expensive. Recaro leather trim to answer your question

Ap's are great good ride etc. No coilovers are comfy. They seize too easily though. The trick is to get them set straight away and then leave them.
