Heavy peel u got there paint wise, laid on very thick by the looks of it, but wen on the car shouldnt be noticable. dark silver should work well!
How did it get damaged??? transporting?

^^ i was gonna say looks like the paint has been sprayed on quite thick so you get that gradient effect? still good for a £100 though

Yeah in the trade we call it orange peel, modern cars like 53 upwards have heavy orange peel but 100 smakers wot can ya say wen its 45quid a wheel usually trade!

Meh I quite like the effect. As james says, it kinda has a textured gradient to it
Ye unfortunately...i went over a speed bump, and the bottom wheel shunted forward into the back of the seat - what a nightmare!
It looks good now I have repaired it though

Yeah as i said ok for the money but me bein a painter id have to have mine flat and polished as i have to do on the phantom wheels and there pretty large compared lol!

I wanted to black chrome my centres but it worked out alot of money and time! woulda been so kl!
Yeah i mean its durrable paint and is easy done and contamination free as to way they cook the shine and cheat lol, as we painters say!
Wana see em on coz im a doubter atm tho!

Ah writ i see im doin mine one at a time as i have 5 originals and there all 10 outa 10 bad aprt from one brand new one and the one iv refurbed to 4000 grade shine! ha!

kl I have two sets to refurb. One set of 15s and a set of 16s (which are currently on the car). My set as almost perfect...i just want a mirror polish finish, and the other set need a bit of TLC!

UPDATE:
The wheels are now on the car
Apologies for the rubbish photos....i literally took them on the off chance!
And before anyone says anything, this was just after they had been fitted, so the suspension had not settled!
