CHEERS FOR THE HELP GUYS

Well i have a 'bit' of good news found a guy online coming from stockport, hes gona flash ecu so they cant use the central locking and get me a new key coded for ignition barrel only all for the bargain price of £115 and i get two new keys :D

only thing is they can still get into car through locks so heres my question to my fellow polo people can i use the rear door handles from a 5 door 6n2 (without the locks) and as for the boot i am going to HAVE to get the boot smoothed (aw dammit lol  )

will keep you all updated cause the bastards arent going to stop me from getting her to show seasons this summer wheels coming soon.

Here she is the moment i found here they kept keys and locked her up, parked her all nice and neat on a back road so they can come back later cant wait for em to see me back in her next week lol

Funny how they couldnt start her as they stole the keys sunday night and came back for them monday night, but SOMEONE went and took the plug out from just next to the air flow sensor lol so if they did try start it it would just cut out (poor buggers)

love to have seen them pushing it down road trying to start it :D

Yeah you can use those handles mate, nice Delocked look. Also you can unhook the rear latch from the boot inside so if they try the boot it will just turn and nothing will happen. And you can still unhook it from inside if alittle difficult ha...

If you need them urgently I have some delock handles I would ask for £15 and then for you to find new delock handles and when you find some il transfer £15 back ?. And il take the new ones seeming as you will have to spray these silver ?. I can post tomorrow before 12 so they'd be with you pretty sharpish,

I just don't want them getting into your car again !!.

Wow what a story! Can't believe they tried to roll it away! Nuts! You should attach a remote control blow torch to the underside of the car, then sit and wait for them to come back, press the button and - hey presto Fried car nappers!
Hope everything gets sorted quickly and at not to much of a cost

I would of been tempted to leave it parked there that evening and just wait around with a few mates to see if they came back that night.

Glad its safe again though. :)

Yeah but while that sounds like a good idea they know where he lies and have the upper hand, just not worth it these days, a beating in the street never stays as a beating anymore !.

Thats what i was going to do but i just wanted to get her home but i have figured out a way to find who it was.

It is locked up safely at my mates unit, it was obviously little scrotums who live in the area. So ill leave it a couple days, i should be able to tell by the look on the s**t face when i drive past them in the polo and hey presto go all UFC on em lol

oh my! thats is suck a p*sstake! i bet your so glad you dissconected the battery while you was working on it!

least youve managed to get it back and all locked away safely untill youve sorted out your locks.

could well be worth getting a little camera pointing out your window for IF they ever did try to come back then just hand it to the police and they'll be busted for breaking into the house aswell as taking your mums car!

hope all is sorted soon bud :)

FINALLY GOT MY BABY HOME :D

had an auto locksmith come all the way from stockport today to change locks and ignition barrel. But without actually changing anything, he had some proper csi miami tools. He basically recarved the locks to the new keys and changed the key codes so if the little robbing f**ks do still have the keys theres no way of them getting in even with the remote central locking :) and no chamce of starting it

Here he is with the van FULL full of tricks he cut the keys in front of me and showed me how the ecu has certain keys saved in the system, deleted the old key and supplied me with 2 standard keys and a remote central locking key BIG WIN costing me £160 in all. (now i have a price of how much i am going to take out of the thieves skulls if.......no sorry....... WHEN i find em)

Image

Also had the copper send forensics have a look through the car in a CSI MIAMI/HUDDERSFIELD way left her in a right state

Image

And finally home with her family

Image

Business on the right side
PARTY On the left

Overall win me thinks

Next update for all my fellow polo'erS will be a more positive one look out for my wheels and arche rolling

And also thanks to all of you on here for the help/advice (you wouldnt get it in a garage lol)

:D
