With this coding ALL Fault code cleared.(Except Basic setting for Steering angle sensor) But again SCL stopped working, not sure from when it stopped working. After above coding checked everything so got to know that SCL not working again! :cry:

observations:
Turn steering wheel to Right hold it turn on headlights from '0' position to "Auto" or From parking to headlight "ON" that time for fraction of second SCL gets on and goes off. Same for left side too. Everything else working perfectly.

So I swapped BCM to 7E0937090C 8IG, Just to check!
with this coding 3A904BBF48A10000013807006CCB96900080666F60CD39E1210000030020
SCL working, No fault codes, only flaw is PARKING lights wont woks.

Now back to 7E0937090C 8IT

and today I have installed Maxidot cluster(donor vehicle is VW amarok) edited EEPROM chip using clip on chip reader(Thanks to smg_Shardul), and changed display body style to sedan also changed wheel circumference for polo. But could not change value for Fuel tank capacity. Help need from experts.

I am really sorry Ciclo, I am giving you lot of trouble with SCL problem! :cry:

i think the BCM needs readings for the steering angle sender for the static cornering lights to work, right?
do they work if you switch on the indicator?

I think the problem is that we had already set the hexadecimal value for Byte18 in 65 or 66 for BCM Max (8IT), however, YOU always change it to 60 every time you show the Autoscan saying that everything works correctly, except the new problem...

I always SET the BCM coding according to the latest Autoscan (logically). I don't check all the bytes again every time a new problem arises.

This worked perfectly only with 8IG BCM, I wrote this previously..

YOU always change it to 60 every time you show the Autoscan saying that everything works correctly, except the new problem...
Why would I change every time? :)
With 8IT BCM byte 18 65 or 66 Low beam flickers, SO I always used 60(I have mentioned this) Only 60 in byte 18 worked perfectly.

After re inserting electric bridge everything worked perfectly only fault was Lamp for Low beam left and right. Today when you told me to check with new coding.

fault for low beam lamp gone.
SCL not working(but it worked for some days) I am not telling because of above coding it stopped working. Not sure from when SCL stopped working.
I have mentioned the observation too,
Turn steering wheel to Right hold it turn on headlights from '0' position to "Auto" or From parking to headlight "ON" that time for fraction of second SCL gets on and goes off. Same for left side too. Everything else working perfectly.

Well, at this point, I don't know what the solution will be so that your "LED headlights" and your "steering sensor (G85)" work correctly.
My recommendation is that you ask those who sold you those parts.


By other side, I am glad to know that all my wiring (parts I sold you) works to the perfection.

Note:
If you have problems with the electric bridge, connect the two wires that reach the electric bridge with one of the Butt terminals shown in the following image.

I never said its not perfect. Its absolutely perfect, I am always worried whether I made any mistake while installation, so I always wrote observation. So that you understand the problem and correct me..
Thank you very much for providing such perfect wiring, I feel it is not at all possible to make such wiring remotely.. YOU are GENIUS 8)

Again here, I never said there is a problem with Electric bridge. It was me, while installing I did not inserted it properly, it was loose. So had problem, I have mentioned this.

Finally, Once again Thank you very much for giving such level of support :)

Will check all wiring once again for any loose connection or any wrong connection. And update here. I hope YOU are NOT offended. And if is there any mistake you will let me know. :)

My lemons are the electrical installations parts that don't correspond to me and I usually have to spend my limited time in order to find impossible solutions.

In this case, my orange, ...it would have been that someone had talked about how well the automatic lights work in this Vento. :(

Automatic headlights and CH/LH, Working perfectly. Even BCM Adaptation wire is perfect. Thank you very much :D

I guess I have made some mistake while installation, so only problem is Static Cornering lights not working.

I am checking all installation once again. will write here what was the mistake.
