Ugabista, it is a totally different problem that you says.
Your problem is with the Chinese module, and his problem "was" the BCM.

Alright...next step is to buy a gtd emblem to fit on oem gti grill. I decided to just leave the led brightness as is...only a new bcm will fix this...

The chinese set makes the fogs start I guess it only starts the fog lights and this is just how the set works...would be nice to see the drls go on also. It does give the possibility to make the headlights start instead of fogs but this is not advised for xenon headlights...but only the drl leds and fogs would look neat.

Again thank you dude this small coding change made the ch and lh look like oem and I also got auto light now...what else could I ask for..

Aah would also be nice to fit the facelift taillights. Are you willing to build and sell me a pair of adapter cables?

VCDS coding

DRL OFF with handbrake up.

Address 09: Cent. Elect. (J519)
Byte23 mark bit4

Remember, your binary or hexadecimal need not match those shown here.
I guess only be possible for xenon or BlueMotion. :)

A good friend told me (by reviewing his BCM), but still I have to check. Image

Need to check that las vcds trick on my car, why do you think it will only work on BM or Polo's with Xenon? . There's another byte/bit with that option but it's not working for me...

Ah, still pending the mod you sent me the parts...I'm looking for a drill you know...

Because they are the only ones with DRLs controlled by the BCM.

Do not worry, I have another "new" encoding for BCM that might work for all POLO.
I will post soon... when I solve some small problems with VCDS.

:) Thanks for sharing your experience with BlueMotion and the best xenon retrofit (with all functions working perfectly), not OEM. :)
The coding for static cornering lights should work on all VW POLO 6R with them.
