ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
I'm in the middle of trying those exact replica ones but my left hand light keeps blowing a fuse in the control unit, I forget which one it was it was linked to NS/F i think no idea tbh but it's annoying as it looked so good

Looking on ebay I've noticed that there are two types of replica xenon.
With 12 LEDs:

With 14 LEDs:

Original Xenon have 14 leds.

The ones with 12 LEDs are easily distinguisable by the compartementalized inside (seperate box for cornering/high beam).

The 12 LED ones are not replicas... Just cheap and really bad looking knock offs...
ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
They look more like dectane..
By the way the keyless mod is also something very interesting!!! Hope someone tries is asap and shares his experiences with us![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
The system on aliexpress, How does it recognize that you are present and than unlock the doors? I mean I have had keyless entry cars, and all of them had sensors in the doorhandles. They only opened when these handles where touched or pulled.
They did auto lock when i walked away from the car.
You also have to think about cases you start the car and just leave he car with the car still on, what happens than? My lexus CT200h just peeped then the key was out of range, the car did not stop or something (this would be life threatening ofcourse in some cases if it would).
But very practical things are important. They keyless entry thing could also make the car vunerable for stealing if it's easly hackable...
I am so interested in it, I hope someone will just have the guts to buy and test the set asap![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

@ciclo A fiend of mine also fitted the chinese set on his 1.2tdi bm but he experiences the same problem as I did. With ch en lh at the front of the car nothing illuminates. Mine was fixed with the lamp diagnistics added to the coding but on his car this was already enabled. He also has oem xenon retrofitted. I have added the longcoding. Do you have an Idea how to fix this?

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
Hello ciclo.
I have almost the same problem as crave89. I am also from the Dutch Polo forum.
I also have a 2011 Bluemotion Polo and I have bought the OEM headlights.
I also got an adapter for my headlights so everything will work fine as original.
I only have one problem. When I turn on the engine and I drive for 2 seconds, the LED lights in my headlight unit blinks 2 times and than it shut OFF and wont get on again.
I heard that this is a CANBUS thing that shuts the LED OFF and could be solved just like the problem that crave had.
My BCM is 6r0937088D
Please help this brother out![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

If with the following code does not work, the problem is not coding, the problem is electrical installation or Chinese module.

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
Dear ciclo,
I recently read had the opportunity to buy an unused CH/LH + Autolight set by Kufatec from someone, and I liked the idea to retrofit my Polo BlueGT (6R) with these features. As it was kind of a flea market thing I had to decide quickly to whether to buy or not, an I did. Sadly I realised afterwards (via Google) that this set doesn't work well with newer Polos, and as mine is MJ2013, built early 2014 the wiring wouldn't actually work the way it should. Later I found a thread on the German board polo6rfreunde.de and they seemed to have come up with a solution and an alternative wiring, that does work with newer models. It became quite obvious at some point that you were actually the mastermind behind the solution, and some people seemed to pass it off as their's, which is really sad. So I looked this forum up, as it seems to be the one you're most active at. First I'd like to thank you a lot for your solution, I rewired the Kufatec set to match your wiring and it seems to work quite well. Next step is coding the BCM, and at this point I'm sorry, but I do actually have a question about that. I don't mind if you don't want to help me, as I didn't buy your set (I didn't know about it until after I bought the other one and startet looking for that sets manual). In case you don't want to help please see this post as a thank you message, it actually is one
.
Now the question: My car has the following BCM:
What do I need to change to make everything work fine, currently the high beam doesn't work, but expected that, as I studied the material beforehand.
Cheers, and thank you very much again. Have a great day!
René
