Cheers Max, don't worry, there are parcels in the pipeline 8)

Yeh the numberplate is annoying. I dont want to put it on the OEM place because it's easier to clean and I don't want to put anything sticky on the bumper!!

But obviously can't leave it off for road use. It'll remain off for shows and properly photoshoots

Had the new clutch fitted today, soooo pleased 8)

It's just so damn light, and the annoying release bearing noise has gone.

Only thing I'm not happy about is he didnt tell me what clutch kit it was. I asked him and he said he couldn't remember, (one of the other guys fitted it and had gone home). So a bit bummed about that but what ever it is it's niice.

More updates soon

Bought a few things over the last week in time for Inters,

Got some red beading for my grill, was originally using tape from Halfords but it was getting a bit tatty again.

New indicators. Thanks for sharing Max, I got them from the same placeas you in the end, great service!
Image
My old ones had slight mould in them, i'm a fussy bugger. I still have them if anybody needs them, just pm me.

New mat fixings, my old ones didn't match the fixings on my carpet

New GTi badge

old one was fading.

New locking bolts,

old old ones were getting a bit rusty. Unforunately after waiting an age for these to deliver, it doesnt look like they fit!

Shame I haven't had anything more exciting to update with! It's not like it's my fault though, turns out PhilJ isn't the only person to f**k around when it comes to delivering coilovers!

I got the red beading from a guy on clublupo, the indicators from a guy on eBay that Max recommended, the badge and mat clips came from the dealers, locking bolts from ebay and the tax disc holder from Kam off clubpolo
