The intercooler bit is pre-made. So, nicely fit! =) Though, it didn't have the clips for the original duct, but this is easily retrified by using double sided tape and mount the duct to the side wall of the inside of the grill area (sounds complicated, need a picture to describe = don't have one atm).
I have 3 full set left, and 1 middle one available.
I did a quick estimate, and it is $50 for express post to UK for one set.
For two sets, it works out to be $75 for express post to UK.
I havn't tried the third set yet, as i havn't have the opportunity to pack three, so don't know the weight. Worst Case scenary of a weight of up to 4kg. a rough guide is $100 for three sets
So, figure for each individual. If I post to one person, each individual pays:
1 sending $200 per set
2 sending $187.5 per set
3 sending $183 per set
That's Oz money above.

Hi Adam, I will take a full set please. I am in Edinburgh, Scotland. If any of the British guys take the other 2 sets I dont mind having them all sent to me to save on the postage and then sending them on.

The grills are very popular over here as well...
I propose we do this, to save on the cost of postage and the cost of currency exchange. For those that are interested, maybe you can nominate a person who will recieve the lot of these grills, and I'll organise with the original shop(china) to sent it directly to you guys.
This way:
1. you save on postage
2. you save on currency exchange via banks
....
I'll leave the money part on your end of the world. When you guys get a firm order, I'll talk to the dude and get him to get a total cost sent to UK. Then you guys organise that money to the person recieving these grills. Or whichever way you guys want to do.

That sounds great. I'm definately in want of one too. Gti-joe has put himself forward already. If need be I am also happy to manage logistics on this end.
If we can get them into one easy to post box, the shipping can be as little as £8/£10 via DHL. Adam do you know how much a complete set weighs please?

that sounds like a plan....
As i am starting work training in a week, my free time will greatly reduced to non-exsistence. Can someone collect the number of orders and address then just giving me the number needed to order along with the nominated address.
Then i'll talk to the guy on the website, regarding total cost to that address, and i'll pass on the bank details to the person.

I'd also like to point out folk that we might have to pay import duty & VAT on these in the UK, shouldn't be much at all. Once I get how much we can say buy 10 sets for & I'll post prices applicable to UK buyers.

I do hope that they come in easy to post individually packed boxes, which means that I hope they shouldn't cost any more than another £10 or so (including shipping from both ends).
