thank you iichel for sharing all your knowledge, I do appreciate it. i am not sure when the the guy from vw will have a sedan model to scan for me, so I will try google to see if I can find a scan. vcds is able to read the abs controller at all times , I have checked all fuses and wiring. I hate trial and error.

you could have a look at whether the VINs that are stored in the ECU, in the immobiliser, gateway and instrument cluster are all the same.

I read somewhere that the skoda pilot esp calculator link that ciclo posted on this forum could be used for a 10 US dollar donation, there's only one problem, when I select donate the page comes up in a foreign language, I have no clue what's written on there, if I just paid them through paypal would that esp calculator be in English? are there any other sites that you could recommend for the esp calculator ?

if your VCDS is original, maybe register at the ross tech forum and open a topic there

It came up with an error every time I tried to send the saved log, on this website when attaching it. So I’ve taken a picture of the advanced ID’s you needed and enclosed the pictures in this message
