i just found 16v intake manifold.....is it possible to change my 1.6 8v manifold to 16v's ?

Anything is possible - straight forward swop is however unlikely - why would you want to?

everybody says 16v s intake manifold is more capable than 8v...that is the reason....and i also found 1.4 16v s head.....

1.4 16v intake manifold...on 1.6 8v....
