hi all just thought id post my 2 cents worth because i couldnt find this information anywhere on this site when i was having trouble fitting my own amp.

Now you can allways find out how to wire an amp etc but getting that power lead in :S :

open bonnet - look at the engine bay just about centre of the whole bulk to the right a little you will find a plastic grommet and another grommet with wires allready going into, pierce a very small hole here

push wire through until it hits your "firewall"

then unscrewed the glove box (2 seconds) put my hand in to basically where left a bit from centre console and there it was hanging down

hope you find this helpfull
as it took me a good 30mins on the internet to find nothing and then go out and just do the above!

if i have anythink wrong on the above im sorry but im new to all this

Cheers adz

I had the same prob what I did is lift the carpet up which involves taking the platic bit off thats next to the rubber seal. I then looked for a black pipe which is the washer pipe. Once i found this I then pushed the cable through and it poped out just near the washer bottle hope this helps.

i always find it easy going from the engine bay into the cabin rather than the way david did it...try n find a gromet put the screw driver thro and double check to see where it is in the cabin.

Then push that wire through, may take a few goes n some wriggling but you'll get there
