Head Unit Problems

Hi i have recently been having some head unit problems. I just blew a fuse so changed that and everything was working fine for a few hours then when i was driving my head unit turned off. The head unit turns on when the ignition is turned the first notch but the head unit turns off when the engine is turned on. I have pushed all the wires in further to check that its not a loose wire and nothing seems to change. I have also checked the fuses but all are fine. The head unit turns on sometimes when i am driving but sometimes turns off again and do not know what is wrong? any help would be good.

hmmm To blow a fuse just driving down the road without ever fiddling with the Headunit sounds mighty wierd to me.
Did u setup the headunit originally? if so did u give it constant power? or did u have it so that it turns off when the ignition is off?

nah i blew the fuse when i was setting it up, but the wiring was already there so i just had to use the loom i got with my head unit and plug it in and just change over the wiring, so yellow to red and red yellow.
but it sounds like a bad connection somewhere but ive tried pushing all the wires in further. Im considering cutting the wires and trying to join them incase its a bad connection somewhere?
