Removing front seat?

Anyone please got a "how to" on removing the front seat from a Polo 9n?
It looks simple enough but what should I do/dont do?

thats one thing i wouldnt do, you can often muck that up for ever !

well just be very careful, because you dont want a rattly seat when you go over bumps etc, also the seat is very important in the way it is fixed in tight. in a serious accident you would not want any part loose or missaliagned etc.

well theres plenty ppl upgrading to racing seats (like ur red 1s btw

cheers , mine were factory fitted as on option.
Just be careful when swaping the seats over or removing them, make sure they are tight and secure
