I'm lacking in any real information, but does that look like the roomster concept (albeit much closer to production and in suv guise) to you?
Some sites are covering this as a new production announcement. Others (like
vortex) are covering it as a concept...
Me likes (where did all these interesting cars suddenly come from?)

Bit odd looking, but well done on Skoda for doing something different - did they steal those lights of a BMW 1-Series..?
