Whats your opinions on sideskirts for the mk5 polo. Will be getting a front splitter next week and am considering getting sideskirts. Seen some awesome ones on ebay.
Just not sure how they would look as the front and side would be low and back higher. Or would it, bearing in mind these skirts are quite subtle.

good point you've made there
at present they don't actually make a rear diffuser for the mk5, which is a shame
so all you can get without going for a full bodykit is the sideskirts and front diffuser which will make it look abit odd, but if they are only subtle then i should'nt worry, as the rear bumper is pretty chunky.
here are some pics i've found whilst browsing.....
Thats a mk5 Gti with the reiger front splitter and the OE Gti sideskirts, clearly shows the height difference between front, side, back
After-market sideskirts with standard rear bumper
After-market sideskirts, reiger front splitter and w-s styling rear bumper over-lay.

Cheers ben for the pics. I think i will go ahead and get some skirts.
Few things though:
1. How do you fit the side skirts?
2. Where can i get a set from? Any websites?
3. Also that rieger front splitter does look nice, where could i get one of them from?
