Haynes Manual

Anyone bought theirs yet?

I picked it up last weekend and some of it makes for "interesting" reading.

The electrical diagrams are easier to understand than the older manuals as the diagram splits the circuits up and gives them their own bit of the page (if only this had been the case with the manual for my brothers 94 coupe).

Some of the mechanical work should definately be carried out by a person with the correct tools (engine lift for cambelt change), and lots of confidence in their own ability.

the manual cost £13.99 ish from Halfords.

It covers the 1.0 (999cc) and 1.4 (1390cc), not diesel models, gti, classic, estate or caddy.
