Reasons for my quietness lately:

1. My workload has shot through the roof (again )

2. I'm still checking the site daily, but don't feel I have anything "useful" to say. Others are currently posting more interesting questions and information than what I can come up with.

3. Currently in a mod planning, rather than doing phase.

Deek.

Work again , I'm the unofficial Parts manager for next week plus a 1 day weekend

Also, I generally won't be posting as much as I am anymore cause of other commitments, I do hope to eat my words though :P

Well, work has caught up with me :? and on top of that I'm now divided between UK-Polos and PoloBrasil

I did notice the forum slowed down a bit this last week, but I think it's only temporary!

Posting may have slowed down a little, but it still takes me ages every day to go through all the new posts...

Plus this week has seen a big jump in membership.

I think there are a few reasons:

People going on holiday
Exam time
Work getting busy
Sunny outside
Light nights

I think the forum has also become a victim of it own success. the post count when it was first estabilshed means that all major disscusion topics have already arisen. Give it time and it should settle back into a pattern. How about a live chat room to liven things up?

I think someone on the Mkivs forum suggested a bit of a flush out of old topics,so that new members have to ask more questions. :? :?

I don't believe that could ever happen. There are ALWAYS new problems/mods/enquiries that people have/are doing to their cars..

I have noticed since joining that it isn't only slow for replies to threads, but there aren't many views either.

So far I have been doin my best to ask questions and post replies but don't wanna be a newbie post whore as I know that that can be annoying....

I think it is slow as their aren't many active members on the forum. I see alot of names in the memberlist but a whole heap of them have zero posts or next to no posts at all.
