Looking at the fake xenon lighting for example Osram Super and Philips Silver Vision, just wondered on the "H and the number after it", i know it tells you the brightness and colour of the light but could some one recommend the brightest blue coloured lights as well as the brightest white coloured lights as i think xenons look wicked,
Thanks

The H7, H4, etc indications just tell you what type it is, or, in other words, for which car they'll fit. It has nothing to do with the color of the light.
What you're after is Kelvin, which indicates the color temperature. Higher means 'colder', or in plain English, more blue than yellow. Normal lights are around K3000, but Xenons can get up to K4500, 5500 or even as insane as 8000. That's just very very blue.

you use H7 normally during the night in street lit areas.
your H1 is your "flasher" or high/main beam

i just bought some H7's last week and i was told to get the code RW2277, which is the correct fitment for a 9n.

I have just purchased H1 and H7 off ebay for £12 and £10 per pair, just type in osram h1 or H7 and you'll find 'em.

Hi, no, I'm blind as a bat at night, so went for the white ones. I looked at the blue ones, they were similar prices. Search for osram cool blue if interested.
update! fitted the bulbs and of course the philips that were in were high performance anyway, so no difference at all, still least I'm europe legal now.
Don't know why that mag recons the osram were better as they are the same performance as the philips.
