How often do you clean your car ?

Sorry guys couldn,t resist posting this on here, it,s our most popular thread on this section.I and a few others seem to be cleaning anoraks and i especially in the summer months clean mine nearly every day but now i tend to wash it with canuba wax shampoo just once a week. Whats the sensus of opinion on here ?

Haven't washed it in weeks. Shame really, but I only get a chance to in the weekend and it's been freezing here for a while now. Generally I'd say every other week and perhaps every week in summer.

Just cleaned and waxed mine again for the 2 time this week.
Cant resist using that lovely zymol stuff.

I wash my GT when I think its dirty (probably every 100 miles of use) but my mk2 hasnt been washed for over 2 years now (apart from the windows and lights)

optima21 - get that salt washed off your mk2!
I feel like a pig (not literally), cos I only wash mine about every couple of weeks in the summer, once a month in the winter
I'll be doin it more often now my pride meter has gone up.
2 to 3 times a week ?!?!?

haha sounds like some of you are college students, the amount of free time u must have to clean your motor's as often as that.
i just simply wouldnt have time to wash mine 2-3 times a week, mine is lucky to even get washed !!! hahaha
Poor i know, but hey, its a car.

yeh but u dont have to always wash ur car at day time i always wash mine at night and polish it every day, but i supose im cruising a hell of a lot pulling biatches.

Once a week usually, sometimes more if I can be bothered. Whoever said that white is easy to keep clean clearly didn't own a cat who thinks that the bonnet is a good place to keep watch on his territory... nice trails of brown pawprints all over the nice clean paintwork
