Gearbox code CWX for 1.4 16v

sorry this is a repeat post but im gettin desperate and no1 is lookin in the wanted section
any1 else ever had to find one of these?
not one of over 30 scrappies etc near me (inc vw breakers) has one
anyone here wont happen to have one goin spare would they? or know where i can get one?
dont really trust gettin one off ebay or the like.
found a place in chorley that have said they can remove, refurb and refit for £175 but that means gettin my car 50 mile away - and tats only what my mate told me cos he been ringin round for me so im not sure how legit that is.
anyways im in bolton if any1 can help at all
