Has anybody been able to fit a forced air induction kit (http://www.priracing.com/product.php?xProd=170&xSec=52) into a 6n2? There doesn't seem to be any room for it which is why i guess most go for the BMC induction kit. But i wonder if anybody actually pulled this one off? Hoping someone will reply :-)

I take it you are refering to one of these:

As the other guy said, you can get them on Ebay for £100, I would be dubious though as I understood you can not turbo/supercharge an ordinary engine. Take mine, it's a boggo 1.4 8v, I cannot just strap a turbo on without major engine mods. I suppose it depends on what psi it's pushing, but with claims of up to 20 bhp increases, mmmmmmmmm. Anyone else had experience of these???

Everyone knows the electric superchargers are gash. You'd be better off hooking up a handheld fan into your air intake, than spunking over £100 on a glorified bilge pump for a boat. It's another thing to con people into thinking it's the next big thing, like those "power resistors".

it does look a bit too good to be true to be honest, but surely a company like potn wouldnt chance such a conn! They are a huge and well respected company. The resistors are and only ever will be a ebay conn. I think it would be better than first just jumping in and sayin it wont work! i would like to know alot more about it tho!

I don't believe them things for a second, if it was that cheap and easy to 'Supercharge' your car then everyone would do it.

I've just noticed that it costs £300 on that site! People need their brain checking, if they're willing to spend that much on a fan connected to a cone filter.

WAT.....
