pcd problem

Ive found a pair of Alloys that were previously on an Focus and were fitted on a 306 for a short while. He didnt know anything about them so i wrote the info on the wheel of them. It is 406.30, 15B, ET 35 AND 6.5J x 15H2.
it doesnt say the pcd, is it possible to work it out? i suspect though it is 108mm. Would it be possible to make these fit to a mk4 Polo in any way . cos i really want these. He mentioned they had spacers when fitted, is there some thing like this that can make the pcd smaller hence make the fit on my Polo? cheers.
