how low can they actually go?

it says up to 60mm roughly, but lower for track use. are these a good suspension setup to use? i am not bothered about the ride, i like it bumpy.

just after reliable suspension that goes nice and low!

duno if u have checked the fk website yet. they say its 45-55 mm

the Mk4 ones say 80mm but go to 120mm odd
