T-Cut

Im thinking about T-Cutting my polo as its red and is starting to turn a bit pink in places.
Does anyone recommend using T-Cut?

On my cousins old corsa before she sold it we did a red colour restored which worked a treat.

Yep, definately use t-cut, but don't do it often. Once you've t-cut it, you just need to polish it regularly to maintain the colour and prevent it oxidising again.

from past experiences i wouldnt use color coded t-cut...you'll sometimes find that it really does help n mis-match - mite aswell take a paint brush to it :lol:

Use t-cut original :wink:

I tried t-cut on the pink bits of the car and it didn't do much.

Colour restorer is where its at ;)

it really depends on how bad the areas are...

my mate louis had some white weather on the boot lid of his 15 yo m3 import

we must of done a good 3/4 layers of t-cut n brought it up lovely

so only really speaking from odds here n there

well ...gonna have to try the red t-cut as the patchwork look is already there from a respray in my cars past life (born again Christian owners when she lived in London...saying nowt but the Jesus stickers had to go !!!) Plus rough paint repair job done when I scraped the passenger door in my very early driving days ....still the dripping blood look aint too bad ...better than the rust that would have got in had I not done it ...hey ho ...life goes on
