Just a quick post to point out that uk-polos recently reviewed the facelifted Polo - the 9N3.

The front end is lovely.
but it has to be said it is very girly probably why I like it though.

TWO facelifts?
is it just because they've run out of numbers to put at the start of the code?
or would they now have to make it a 9P, potentially clashing with gearboxes etc?
looks alright, i like the advert with the tree more though..... it still looks like a 9n2 just with minor tweaks (less significant than mk2 to "mk2f" or 9n to 9n2)

Im not sure to be honest...
I had a poke around one while mine was in for some warranty work the other day and the interior is very similar. The headlights are the thing im not sure about! Its lost its polo character.

So it sounds to me like they've not made any improvements and just made it like any other basic small car... but I do like the indicators on the wing mirrors!
why do all cars have to get larger?
I hope they make a good job of the gti! (if there is one)

yeah,,im a bit undecided too,my first thoughts were god its awful but then i found myself quite liking it.either way i think them there headlights are really cool.

The cost cutting is pretty shocking too. No Hydraulic lifter for the bonnet, and making side airbags an option.
Come on VW, that's severe penny-pinching.

yeh i agree, removing the hydralic lifters is a bad idea.
Why dont they do something with the interior! look at the polo 6n2 interior, it was new and funky and people love it, this is just same old.
Cant say im impressed
