Does anyone have either of these unit?

i have been told that the only difference between the two are that the illuminations are different (green AND red)

if anyone could help

they do three versions of this model with either red/ green/ or blue illumination...

dont know why they couldnt have integrated the 3 colours into one unit but hey!!
