I am installing an amp in the boot, and need to get power to it from the battery, obviously. The amp is gonna draw around 30A of current so i need to connect it direct to the battery rather than to another circuit in the car (the fuse for that circuit would blow). Am I right so far?

How do i get a power cable from the battery to the boot??

use an existing bung which you'll find in the engine bay...this will bring you to just under the passenger side footwell...then wack it under the side sills and behind the rear quarter panel into the boot

can take an odd foto if u like at weekend

This is my Lupo but I belive the grommet is in the same place.

The cable coes out in the pasenger footwell.
Can be a bit of a pain to find.
