Cleaning car seats

What would you recomend for cleaning the seats in a car.
They are pretty badly stained due to my son spilling drinks and eating in the car.

Autoglym do an upholstery shampoo/cleaner. Can't remember the name of it, but it works well.
spray onto the seat, use a brush or sponge to agitate it if necessary. wipe with a damp cloth, job done.
my car came with dog stains, sweat marks and other unknowns (
and they came out o.k.

Autoglym Hi-Foam Interior Spray - Used it just 30 mins ago to clean mine where i had a water stain and it works great!

Just seen the Autoglym stuff in halfrauds but decided to go for the Mer.
Seems to be ok. I might buy the Autoglym to and see which is best.
