low yet comfortable

i need new dampers all round as most of them r leekin, i only wanna lower it about 40m or less, which shocks would u go 4? i still want it to be comfy has anyone got any standard shocks and lowering springs, i know this isnt really the way to go but ive already got one slammed motor n im tryin to keep the holy mint abit more practical
