Hi, When I use the foot brake after just setting off, i.e. at end of the road, close to when it is fully pressed down I hear a 'donk' noise coming from the front of the car on the right - im guessing from the wheel? any ideas what this might be? should note that I only seem to hear it soon after setting off i.e. when the car is 'cold'.

does it make a similar noise when pulling off??
if so could be an engine mount

Only happens when I stop - once the car has warmed up - i.e. about 20 minutes later - this does not seem to happen anymore!
