Which air filter 2 use with a longlife exhaust ? (6n 16v)

Just had a longlife s/s exhaust fitted (after shed loads of hassle i won't use them again) Anyone have one of these ? what kind of air filter should i use for it (ideally a panel filter and quiet) longlife say that you get more mpg,bhp etc.. I think mine has lost power!!
