side lights buzzer!!

hello just found out that my car mk4 8v should have a buzzer relay switch fitted under the dash glove box in th no: 9 slot, anyone tell me if they actually have 1 in their car at all????

speedlaw does some times they come loose and then they need reseating for them to work again

The buzzer is missing in mine didnt know whether any one else have an 8v with 1 in to see if theirs work, thy are a component that ive heard goes wrong all the time???

well speedlaw is a 97 8v iirc

It gets unstuck once in a while (like, every week). But it is part of the standard spec though, like Ash said.

well thats a piece of p*** then aint it vw want about 12 quid for 1, they certainly know how to charge!! cheers
