What's even more amazing is how they are actually getting it off the seabed:

Gaint cheese cutter, anyone?! :o

Kudos to whoever thought that up!

BTW, if you look at the timeline on their page, there isn't that much time btwn declaration of loss and start of salvage. Plus it's a collaboration of three contractors. I think they must have got together over Christmas, gotten rather drunk and come up with the wildest scheme they could think of!

£165,000,000 loss - heh, I've got more than that in loose change stuck down the gap btwn the door sill and the seat runners (how many coins have you got wedged down there (9n) ?)

I thought it was all beemers and volvos that were on it?

Deek.

Yeah No Wise cracks about Tractors.

My next Agricultural purchase is the latest Ferrari Tractor.

Only available in Blue or Green but I'm gonna spray mine red anyway.

vee dubs come in on there own ships! as far as i no they don't share a boat with any other company! i don't think thats what the tractors for, its up to the blokes who get the cars off the ship to actualy get the no starters going. my dad used to do it when vee dubs came into ramsgate! sometimes they had to lift some off with a fork lift  they used to love driving all the hot cars like the vr6's.
