GT engine into a MK2

I have just been into my local scrappie today and what do i see perched on top of a heap of cars...... an H reg GT with 77,000 miles on it

So now i need to know how big a job it is to swap the engine and box over to my G reg Coupe S.
Is it better to keep the injection or is it possible to to run it on a carb, i have a Weber on the S at the moment, could i use this or is it best to keep the GT engine injected. There has been some parts taken off the GT already, the dizzy for one that i noticed, will the dizzy off my Mk2 fit or not?
If it is feasible to run it on a carb i assume i wouldn't need to swap the looms over, if i do need to swap the looms, what sort of job is this.
I might sound a bit green but i'm pretty new to modding V dubs, give me a Mini and i have done a few of them from the ground up, all you need for a Mini is about three spanners 7/16ths 1/2 inch and 9/16ths and your sorted!!!
Any advice would be much apprieciated, also if anyone needs any bits off it, give me a shout and i'll get them. I'm gonna get the whole car i think and the i've got everything i shoud need for the swap.
