Fuel consumption

Hi All,
I have a 6N2 MKV equipped with AHW engine, running on Manual Gear Box, I noticed that the rate of fuel consumption has been changed dramatically, 10 liters for 100 Km, however the rate was 10 liters for 140 Km within city boundaries and this rate increases on highways.
did anyone of you faced this issue before? For your information I have changed the Anti-Knock sensor, the spark plugs, the air intake and fuel filters.
I also noticed that when the engine is running in the idle speed, the RPM fluctuates between 850-890 I believe this is a bit higher speed
