Repairs Advice

Hiya
After my run of bad luck with some complete pr*ck hitting my back bumper, I've decided I may get a new one (cheers for the link polosilver
) and get it sprayed at a body shop and my wing mirror (which is black at this moment in time) shorted and sprayed the right colour.
Only thing is I really dont have a clue what sort of money I should be looking at, any advice
