part one, prepare your picture - im sure you're probably ok with photography but that can be sorted later if needs be. In terms of the file, small and sweet does it - over about 320x240 pixels and 30kb after saving to JPG (ie dont turn the quality down too far), but no more really than 800x600 and 300kb.
To make it easy, if you're going to go out and get fresh pictures, a standard digital camera's "email" or smallest size setting (and medium quality mode) should do the job just right - 640x480 and a hundred kb or so.
part two, upload it. Easiest and cheapest way, go to
http://imageshack.us, hit "Choose", navigate thru your hard drive to where the picture is saved, double click and then hit Upload. Wait thirty seconds or so for it to transfer, and...
part three, insert it into a post.
Keep the imageshack page open, start a new browser window or tab, write what you want to in a UKP (or other internet board) post, then flick back to imageshack when you want to insert the picture. Copy the code displayed where it says "for posting on web boards" (or, if you prefer, "thumbnail for internet boards" - particularly if you want to post a higher resolution picture than will fit on the page) and paste it into your post.
carry on writing, or if youre finished, hit submit.... sit back and bask in its multicoloured glory!

ok dude, seems we were writing at the same times there
UKP itself doesn't have any hosting capability, and your computer isn't going to be able to send em into the big wide interweb all by itself like that unless you set it up as some kind of server, so follow the instructions above with the files you have listed and you'll be golden.
open them up in a paint package or something first though and check out the pixel size 'n' all, if its any much larger than 640x480 or 800x600 use the thumbnail link; smaller, use the regular one.
if the file size of any/all of the pictures is 1mb (each) or more, though, you'll have to try shrinking them down a little first any way, as that's imageshack's limit. never used to be a problem with earlier digicams, but anything that does 2 mpixel or higher tends to make some whopping files - my 5mp one goes into the 2.5mb range at high quality

Yep, I really like that!
I had a black MK4, many moons ago, and I think they look mint!
Just a couple of things... Loose the side rubbing strips and maybe drop the front end down a little further (if you're using coilovers?).
Really nice though

UPDATE
Got the polo back a couple of weeks ago now so i thought id show my new pics (camera phone pics

)
Splitter and grill have still got to go on, ive just got to trim them
This was mid conversion and sadly its the only one i have
And this is it all fitted and ready to go, just having the remap at time of pic
Im over the moon with the conversion (thanks Dubsport) loving the power

, Ive got some good ideas on how im going to dress the bay

but youll have to wait for that
Today i thought id start twisting down the coilovers

god i wish i could have it this low
But due to plenty scrubish and this

(whitch i scrapped every speedbump on test run

) its not going to happen (I had to put my phone on its side and upside down to take theese pics because its so low

)
After i took the pics i spent the next few hours trying to get the height just right

then it got dark so ill have to finish it tomorrow.
Heres how i left it, cant see much but i quite like the pic (even though it is a camera phone pic

)
Ill post some more pics tomorrow of set ride height
